Description

Petromax 來自以卓越工藝著稱的德國，是全世界最知名的汽化燈品牌。
它的命名起源自汽化燈的發明者Max Graetz，
在廿世紀初擁有“Kommerzienrat”–德國最高榮譽市民的頭銜，他的朋友習慣叫他”Petroleum Maxe”，
而Petromax就是這樣一個名字的縮寫，並在1910年11月5日被正式註冊為專利商標。
時至今日，超過一個世紀以來，數百萬的Petromax燈具，銷售至全球各地，照亮世界每個角落。
至今仍在德國馬德堡(Magdeburger)原廠，
由兩百多個零件手工組裝而成的經典燈具，猶如不朽的傳奇，

鍛鐵(熟鐵)
相較於鑄鐵(生鐵)而言較軟，具有較好的抗腐蝕性，韌性和延展性較高，
所以鍋具可以做得很薄，鍋內溫度可以達到更高。
硬度和強度較低，雜質少，因此傳熱比較均勻，不容易出現粘鍋現象。
加熱速度較快，最適合用來煎、炒。
使用鍛造鐵鍋烹飪食物時，食物表面形成酥脆外皮的同時，
鍋子的溫度也會煮熟內部。這樣的特性，使得鍛造鐵鍋特別適合烹飪肉類食品。
