Return Policy

We are committed to providing a legal and complete online shopping experience. In compliance with consumer protection regulations, we offer a "Free Return" service during the product inspection period.

Note: The 7-day inspection period does NOT apply to the following:

  • Food, Gas Fuel, and Stoves: Due to safety and food hygiene concerns, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • Personal Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged once sold, except for manufacturing defects.

  • Hygiene-Related Products: Items that come into direct contact with the skin, such as sleeping bags and pillows, cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened.

  • Used or Damaged Items: Products that have been used, have damaged packaging, or can no longer be considered "new" are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Apparel: Items that have been washed, soiled, or damaged will not be accepted.

  • Footwear: Shoes with worn soles, stained uppers, or signs of outdoor wear are not eligible for return.

  • Missing Components: The returned product must include the main item, accessories, free gifts, warranty cards, original packaging, and all related documents. Any missing or damaged parts will affect your right to a return.

  • Expired or Non-Pristine Condition: Returns will be rejected if they exceed the 7-day period or if the returned item/packaging is not in brand-new condition.

  • Repeated Returns or Uncollected Orders: We reserve the right to refuse future shipments or cancel orders if a pattern of repeated groundless returns or failure to collect orders is detected.


Return & Exchange Process

Please contact our customer service via LINE@ (@xlandxland) within 7 days of receiving your item. Provide your Name, Order Number, Contact Phone Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return (with photos). Our team will assist you with the process upon receiving your request.

Important Notes on Returns

  • Please return the product along with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and the original order invoice/form.

  • Ensure the item is properly packaged so that the product itself is not visible from the outside. (Do not use the product's original retail box as the outer shipping container!)

  • If the product packaging or contents are damaged, a restocking fee of 20% of the product's value will be charged.
